Team Colorado is a group of people bound together by a commitment to fight breast cancer. The team members are from all over Colorado and other states ande participate together in Breast Cancer fundraising events. The team was formed in April 2004 by a woman who had recently learned of her 10th friend being diagnosed with cancer and chose to act.
Colorado's Governor Bill Owens has proclaimed Team Colorado the "Official State Team for the Breast Cancer 3-Day in San Diego".
The Colorado Cancer Foundation is proud to honor the mission of Team Colorado and will work with them on projects that benefit the people of Colorado and Cancer patients.
