To request assistance online, please contact the Foundation by writing an email to info@co-cancer-foundation.org with information about your situation or organization. 

Individuals needing assistance provide your name, condition, treatment, reference physicians and reason for your request.  We will contact you directly and verify all your information prior to your being considered for funding.

Organizations seeking funding please provide the organization name, director's name, reason for request, specific projects and a contact name.  We will contact you directly and verify all necessary information prior to considering the organization/research facility for funding.
